Cordyceps Sinensis or Jeeban Buti is a caterpillar fungus that grows naturally above 3,000 � 4,000 meters in the Nepalese Himalayas. It is regarded as a very valuable herbal medicine in Nepal and highly valued in Traditional Chinese Medicine and also by those who practise traditional medicine in various Asian countries like Japan, Korea, Thailand, Hong Kong and India.
But it is popularly known as �Yarsagumba or Yarchagumba� and �Jeeban Buti� in Nepali. It is known to be very health benefiting and is rare because of which this grass/caterpillar is very expensive. Recently, the whole villagers in the Western Nepal were arrested in relation and suspicion of killing 9 outsiders who entered the region to collect this expensive herbal Yarsagumba, because of its rarity and expensiveness. One Yarsagumba is valued to be about Rs.250 and around 400 pieces makes 1 kilogram pumping around Rs.100,000 (one hundred thousand) .

We dont sell them, but you could try some Nepalese online store for more info. But I am not sure if they do sell Yarsaghumba online or ship to Canada? It’s rare and for it, some people have been killed by the local villagers.
