London-based Nepalese migrant is the biggest seller on eBay

Biggest individual seller in eBay, Nepalese migrant lad – Sudip Gautam also known as Dario Lopez.
Young Nepalese lad who moved to London as a teenager with his mother to be with his father in November 2002 has been confirmed by eBay spokeswoman to be the biggest individual seller in eBay. Sudip Gautam, who is originally from Gulmi district, 250km west of Kathmandu, is also known as Dario Lopez.
Mr. Gautam started selling sim cards on eBay in 2004, after releasing that the sim cards which cost $AUD15 then was available from some suppliers for 75c. Gautam also known as Lopez has made more than 600,000 sales within last five years period. He has opened his first shop in London and aims to expand globally. He now employs 13 staff with annual turnover of more than $AUD4.61m.
