Swadesh Nepalese Supermarket, a place where you can buy Nepalese food and daily household products. The store is located on the first floor of 513 Princess Highway. The entrance is via back lane of Princess Highway, lane that is a busy public bus stop and bus interchanging section of Rockdale, the shop is also facing Rockdale train station.
Besides selling Nepalese and South Asian groceries, Swadesh also serves Nepalese food on an order basis, momo, goat meat tarkari, bhutuwa, cheura, dahi (yoghurt) and more. Swadesh Nepalese Supermarket was founded by Hilly Tamrakar two years ago in 2008 and since its birth it has been serving the Nepalese and South Asian community in the area from 513 Princess Highway Rockdale.
