According to Australian BRW rich lists, Shesh Ghale a Nepalese born entrepreneur from Melbourne enters the top 200 rich lists for the third time since he was first listed in Australian BRW amongst the Australia’s wealthiest 200 people three years ago with a fortune of $208 million.
Last year he was listed as the 176th richest person in Australia with a fortune of $237 million. Thanks to his Melbourne Institute of Technology as a major source of wealth generator. According to Australian BRW this year he is worth $269 million. Although his fortune has increased from $237 million to $269 million, $32 million more than the last year, his rich list ranking remained unchanged. He held the same ranking position as last year, still the 176th richest person in Australia.
53-year-old Ghale, who went from not having a job in 1995 to mass $40 million fortune from education services and property within 15 years and $269 million this year, saw his education services MIT saw 15 per cent decline in an enrolment of foreign students. But thanks to his investment in commercial property, which has helped him to add $32 million more to his fortune this year rasing his $237 million to $269 million.
