Rocky Mountain Friends of Nepal (RMFN) not for profit organisation in the state of Colorado. A few people who had been to Nepal as Peace Corp workers started this organization in 1970s. But with the growth of Nepalese community in Colorado, the organisation was registered in February of 2002 as a not for profit organisation.
The major aim of RMFN is to build and strengthen the Nepalese community and its friends living in the Rocky Mountain area and to promote Nepalese culture and tradition. The organisation which began in the year 2002 has approximately 1,050 members today.
