11th Pokhara Street Festival, this 5 day long festival will be celebrated from Monday the 28th of December 2009 till Friday the 1st of January 2010 (Sombar the 13th Poush 2066 till Sukrabar the 17th Poush 2066). The aim of the Festival is to promote and portrait Pokhara and its lifestyle, arts, culture, food and what is has to offer to the people both nationaly and internationally.

The venue for the festival is from Fishtail Gate Lakeside, Gaurighat, Barahi chowk and Hallanchowk, Khahare to Dihiko Patan Lakeside, Pokhara, Nepal. During the festival the road along these places will be closed to motor traffic and the area will be patrolled by Armed Police Force, Nepalese Army and private security guards.
