Romania is Eastern European country, once a strong hold of communist after the Second World War and strong influence of the communist Russia during the USSR days. Romania and Nepal established its diplomatic relations in the month of April 1968. Romania manages it diplomatic relations with Nepal through its embassy in Moscow, Russia.
